"Sometimes we have to do the work even though we don't yet see a glimmer on the horizon that it's actually going to be possible"

Why Safe Place?
I knew that by joining the Safe Place Team, I would be part of a larger platform to nurture the collective good in the world than if I were taking this battle up on my own. To be a team member of Safe Place is to continuously support the gift of security, inclusion, and ultimately- of love.

Why Safe Place?
I have been fortunate to have had opportunities in life to move freely, to migrate, to pursue an education and a career. I believe that these are rights that every individual is entitled to in virtue of their humanity. Joining SPI is my way of turning this belief into a reality.

Why Safe Place?
If you can make a difference in someone's life no matter how small it is do it. I joined Safe Place to do this, the work could impact one person or 100, the point is that one person along the way was impacted.
